My suggestion is:
Lets call alliances Squadrons it will work the same as alliances in Omri.
whatw ill change of this, its its name and It would be cool to have a ranking sistem depending on Ur kill/dead ratio, the numbers of kills u get divided by the deaths u have and depending on it u would get ranks CAptain ADmiral Private etc. u know. O and can we pleace make Squadrons Bigger not 12 or 8 like before how about like 15
Squadrons will work exacly or similar to the Alliance sistem weve seen, also u will see Leader and COmmanders.
My second thing is Alliances, U declare a pece treaty to other squadrons adn if they accept it U will no longer be able to atack him or his outpost, Peace treatys cannot be broken unless both of the squadrons declare its over. So chooce ur Allies carefully, altho we will have many new commers makin Squadrons and then sendin peace treatys to everyone. but u know
War declarations:
U declare war to other Squadrons, and its an all out war probes,ASCv and mines will automatically explode when u pass a sector with enemy units in it(only works on war zones. Also flying Over an enemy outpost will automatically trigger it and it will shoot at you.
Ok here is the draw back To declare war, there has to be atleast 1 outpost that is holded by either u or your enemy in the war zone U can fight the war home or bring it to ur enemy's place.
there will be an hour cost of 1 billion after the 96 hours are done when the Conflict starts, and u have to pay 15 billions to declare it
After the declaration is sent The defenders have 96 hours of immunity they cannot be destroyed attacked or raided out for 96 hours after
declaration is sent(they have to be in the war zone to be protected). So the enemy can make last second preparations.
War zone. The war zone is the System were the war will take place. it has to be specified in the war dec.
The conflict starts Exactly 96 hours after the War dec is sent and only ships that are docked in any port situated in the war zone can participate when conflict starts no ship can enter the system. and war ends when the outpost is seized and all the ships of the defending squadron are destroyed or when all the attackers have been destroyed.
Ships cannot exit nor enter the war zone after the conflict starts until it ends. and After conflict is done the war is over and the hour fee disappears. the fee will be charged to the squadron leader.
note that The wars will be so fun if the squadron number is raised to 20. Raids can happen in the conflict. and wars may take about 3 hourz if there are good competitors.
Also Any other squadron can join the war by paying the 15 billions and the 1 billion hour fee.
it can be a super cool royal rumble. lol
The winning Squadron gets all the money payed to wage the war and gets control of the outpost in the sistem.
