if you you wnat to dock on another players outpost and they arnt in your alliance they have the option to mkae you pay rent?

Hmm interestin idea .

A player docks at an alliance outpost, they pay rent every 24 hours ( 100 thousand per hour sounds fair, easy to get ) . Outpost owner has the option to give that player free docking or rent

Maybe over time the owner can increase the rent amount to discourage other players from dockin . But Alliance mates can dock for free as usual
