the game is a lot like omricon, is more developed and has many features we can pick up ideas from, for example Interferometers and Ambushes
An interferometer is a piece of equipment that interferes signals.
We can use em in Pulsar for blocking messages sent out from a ship being destroyed or pirated. This interferometers will have some % chance (a really high one, It gets higher depending on the type and size of INterferometer u have equiped) of preventing the ship's destruction from appearing in the News.
now Ambushes are a bit more interesting, and they are simple.
U on a Sector, u Click Ambush on ur command screen (this will use Turns) your ship can no longer be seen, as it enters a state of deep and effective cloak no ship can see, not even with the best scanners and LRS.. ANd a screen pops out. in this screen u select From what level To what level enemies u wanna engage, the size of ships u wanna engage, if their allied or not, etc... When a ship that meets this criteria Comes by the sector ur Sitting in You automatically fire a salvo to that ship and u enter battle against that ship.
This is perfect for the new nav system were there will be HOT ROUTES with traders and regular pilots passing by.
Also a Bounty System would be great to incorporate in the NEW PULSAR UNIVERSE
