If at any stage this game gets completed. and if there is space enough, maybe a test server be setup. This could be used by say a group of players to test new/wanted ideas created by the real player base. So that new features and ideas can be tested and valued without reliance on testing on the actual server. The test server wouldnt have any limitation and could be fully controlable, like things such as money and turns could be added by the group whenever they needed, so testing could be done sufficiently
